Self–priming pumps Purity are a special type of surface equipment designed to increase the working life. In order for the pump to independently suck liquid from the surface located below the pump, it is necessary that the working chamber of the pump be pre-filled in order to avoid air entering from the pressure nozzle into the suction one. Self-priming pumps have a housing design that allows the liquid to remain in the pump, even if it is disconnected from the supply pipeline. There are special filling holes in the pump if necessary. Due to this, when starting work in the pump, a rarefaction is created at the inlet and liquid flows through the suction pipeline from the receiving tank, pushed by atmospheric pressure.
